Jonathan Vilma and Friends Ban Roger Goodell From South Florida Restaurant

In a display of the ultimate case of trolling, New Orleans Saints Linebacker Jonathan Vilma bans Roger Goodell from a South Florida Restaurant that he partially owns.  Vilma owns the “Brother Jimmy’s” restaurant with form Miami Hurricane players Jon Beason and DJ Williams.  The motto of the resaurant is “Put Some South in Yo’ Mouth”, and well they definitely aren’t serving up the southern hospitality for Roger Goodell.

Last night, a sign was discovered posted throughout the restaurant (front windows and inside the dining room) banning NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell from dining at the restaurant, reading “DO NOT SERVE THIS MAN”.  It is quite hilarious when you see the photo, but I can only imagine how much more funny it was when seeing it in person.

This all comes at a time when Vilma is looked in a legal battle with Goodell who suspended him for the entire NFL season for participating and running an illegal Bounty program.  Vilma sued Goodell for defamation of character on the grounds that no evidence was presented and that Vilma’s ability to gain endorsements is hurt by the suspension.  The case is still being debated in the courts, but that doesn’t mean Vilma and his friends couldn’t have some fun at Goodell’s expense.
