The Pouncey Twins were elated when Marquicke was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the NFL draft, rather than be in New York they chose to hear the news at home with family and friends. Let me set the stage the first fourteen picks have been selected, each guy they pan too is going up to see Roger Goddell in a suit looking professional. Even the guys who stayed at home and were shown via satellite at least had on jeans and a polo shirt, but not the Pouncey brothers.
When his name was called they went to the satellite feed, and you see two big guys in plain white T-shirts with what I am assuming were platinum chains hanging down by their groin. It looked like something straight out of the Boondocks (look it up on Google if you have never heard of it), all I could think about was Thugnifacent and the lethal interjection crew!
Now don’t get me wrong Maurkice Pouncey now makes much more money than I do, so he can wear whatever he wants. But the point I am making here is your introduction to the world on television is a thug image, I know Pouncey is young, but he has to start thinking about the bigger picture. But what really makes this Hall of Fail worthy is the fact that he went to hug his brother and they accidentally kissed each other (mouth open style). Now I have seen women come out and say it is his brother so it should not matter, but I have never kissed my brother anywhere and I don’t know many who have. It was an accident he was going to kiss him on the cheek and in the excitement they got out of alignment and bam right in the mouth. Watch the video and you decide!
